Message from the Dean

School of Liberal Arts follows the aspiration of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra in striving to “restore forests and develop people”. With the vision of being center for learning and developing human resources in the area of humanities, especially language and culture, the operation of the school is empowered by the “HAPPY WORKPLACE PHILOSOPHY” together with its established core values “ACTS” (Accountability, Creativity, Teamwork, and Scrutinizing). The three missions of the school include

  1. Produce undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates with knowledge and skills essential for current professional requirements. More importantly, as world citizens, they are equipped with life-long learning skills with ethics and integrities;
  2. Discover new knowledge and create innovations in language, culture, and humanities as basic knowledge and step up on to applied research beneficial to society; and
  3. Develop communities and society with language and culture by increasing competence of all levels of human resources which would sustainably strengthen local communities and the Thai society.
