รายละเอียดการแข่งขัน
- ผู้สมัครจะต้องเป็นนักเรียนมัธยมปลายจากโรงเรียนใดก็ได้ในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย
- ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นคนไทยและมีบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนไทย
- แต่ละโรงเรียนสามารถส่งนักเรียนเข้าร่วมแข่งขันได้ไม่เกิน โรงเรียน ละ 2 คน
- ผู้สมัครหนึ่งคนสามารถเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันได้เพียงประเภทเดียวเท่านั้น
- การแข่งขันนี้เป็นการแข่งขันครั้งเดียว และจะตัดสินผู้ชนะในวันแข่งขัน
- การเเข่งขันนี้เป็นการเเข่งขันสุนทรพจน์ ภาษาอังกฤษ ประเภทรายบุคคลเท่านั้น
- ผู้สมัครต้องเลือกหนึ่งหัวข้อจากหัวข้อด้านล่างและกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ 3 ถึง 5 นาที
- การตัดสินของกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
หัวข้อ
การแข่งขันนี้ เป็นการประกวดสุนทรพจน์โน้มน้าวใจ สุนทรพจน์แต่ละครั้งจะต้องไม่เกิน 5 นาที และไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 นาที คะแนนจะถูกหัก 10% จากคะแนนทั้งหมด หากผู้เข้าแข่งขันไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎนี้

เกณฑ์การตัดสิน
- การนำเสนอเนื้อหาและแนวคิด - ความเกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อ การใช้ภาษา บทนำและบทสรุป 20 คะแนน
- การใช้เสียง - การออกเสียง, น้ำเสียง, การลงเสียงหนักเบา, ไม่อ่านหรือท่องจำ 4 คะแนน
- บุคลิกภาพ - ภาษากาย การสบตา บุคลิกภาพ 8 คะแนน

รางวัลชนะเลิศ จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 2,500 บาท และเกียรติบัตร
รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลละ 1,500 บาท และเกียรติบัตร

English Speech
Competition details
- An applicant MUST be a high school student of any school from northern Thailand.
- An applicant MUST be Thai and have a Thai ID card.
- Two maximum individuals from each school are accepted for this competition.
- One applicant can take part in only ONE type of competition.
- The competition will be held on June 9, 2023, from 08.00-12.00 at E4, Mae Fah Luang University. An applicant MUST be able to present onsite.
- This is an individual competition.
- An applicant MUST select one topic from the provided topics below and deliver a 3 to 5-minute speech.
- The judges' decision is final.
Topics
This is a persuasive speech contest. Each speech must not exceed 5 minutes or less than 3 minutes. Points will be deducted 10% from the total points if a contestant fails to follow this rule.

Scoring Criteria
- 20 points for Content and idea organization - Relatedness to the Theme, Language Usage, introduction, and conclusion, etc.
- 4 points for Voice usage - Pronunciation, Cluster, Intonation, Stress, Final Sound, not read or robotic
- 8 points for Appearance - Body Language, Eye Contact, Personality
