วันที่ 12 กันยายน 2568, สำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย ได้จัดกิจกรรม "การฝึกประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่น (การชงชา)" เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติการให้กับนักเรียนในโปรแกรมห้องเรียนพิเศษความเป็นเลิศด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่นธุรกิจ (J-Biz) และนักเรียนสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่สนใจ
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้น ณ โรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในพิธีชงชา ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมสำคัญในการเรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นอย่างลึกซึ้ง มีนักเรียนจำนวน 30 คน และคณาจารย์เข้าร่วมโครงการ
โครงการนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ อาจารย์กิติกาญจน์ รัตนพิทักษ์, อาจารย์ Keiichi Seto, และ อาจารย์ Hiroko Negishi มาร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคนิคในการชงชาตามหลักพิธีการที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ตรงและสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนรู้ต่อไปในอนาคต
On September 12, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts at Mae Fah Luang University and the Chiang Rai Provincial Administration Organization School jointly organized a "Student Practical Skills Development Activity: Japanese Language and Culture Learning Experience (Tea Ceremony)" for students in the Japanese Business Special Program (J-Biz) and other interested majors.
The event was held at the Chiang Rai Provincial Administration Organization School with the objective of enhancing students' practical language and cultural skills through a hands-on tea ceremony workshop. This activity served as a valuable opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of Japanese language and culture. A total of 30 students and teachers participated in the project.
The project was honored to have three distinguished instructors: Mr. Kitikan Rattanaphithak, Mr. Keiichi Seto, and Mr. Hiroko Negishi. They shared their knowledge and demonstrated the proper techniques for the Japanese tea ceremony, allowing students to gain direct experience and apply their learning in the future.
