School of Liberal Arts Finalizes Work Plan for Graduate COIL Project with Wenzhou-Kean University

On 23 June 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, Mae Fah Luang University, held a follow-up online meeting with Dr. Marcella Caprario, Assistant Professor of TESOL, College of Education, Wenzhou-Kean University, China, to advance the implementation of their joint Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) initiative.

Building on the preliminary meeting held on 3 June 2026, both institutions reviewed and aligned course content suitable for the graduate-level COIL project. The discussion also focused on designing weekly collaborative learning activities for students and establishing a detailed work plan to guide the program throughout the semester.

The meeting marks a significant milestone as the collaboration moves from the planning stage to implementation. The COIL project is scheduled to commence in August 2026, offering graduate students from both institutions opportunities to engage in virtual exchange, collaborative learning, and intercultural communication while studying together in an international online environment.

The School of Liberal Arts looks forward to launching this exciting initiative and to strengthening its long-term partnership with Wenzhou-Kean University through innovative international education.

เมื่อวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2569 สำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดการประชุมออนไลน์ร่วมกับ Dr. Marcella Caprario ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ด้าน TESOL จาก College of Education, Wenzhou-Kean University สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เพื่อติดตามความก้าวหน้าและสรุปแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการ Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาระหว่างสองสถาบัน

การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นการต่อยอดจากการหารือเบื้องต้นเมื่อวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมกันพิจารณารายวิชาที่มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องและสามารถบูรณาการกิจกรรม COIL ได้ พร้อมทั้งออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายสัปดาห์ที่นักศึกษาจากทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยจะได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และทำงานร่วมกันในรูปแบบออนไลน์ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมกันกำหนดแผนการดำเนินงานตลอดภาคการศึกษา เพื่อให้การดำเนินโครงการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ผลจากการประชุมสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความก้าวหน้าของความร่วมมือที่ได้พัฒนาจากการหารือเชิงแนวคิดไปสู่การวางแผนการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยโครงการ COIL ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาระหว่าง College of Education, Wenzhou-Kean University และสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มีกำหนดเริ่มดำเนินการในเดือน สิงหาคม 2569

สำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงการดังกล่าวจะช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในระดับนานาชาติ เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรม การทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนต่างชาติ และประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ระดับโลกผ่านนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบ Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)
